Census, found chest, no end to quest - Guild Wars Forums

Hi,

I found the chest in old aschalon. I opened it, but do not have the census. It is at the green asterisk on my map, near the regents area. Is this a bug, or am I in the wrong location?

common bug, just zone out and zone back into the area and you will get it
